Meet Anne Carpenter
A resident of Roseville for more than 30 years, Anne Carpenter has combined a successful professional career in business with a strong commitment to community service. She is now running for the Roseville City Council to use her experience to give back to our community.
Keeping Our Community Safe: As President of Roseville Community Crime Stoppers, Anne helped modernize the Crime Stoppers infrastructure by implementing an anonymous tip line and digital reporting tools. Her work on the Run Crime Out of Roseville Fun Run (before the city's 4th of July Parade every year) and the Roseville Police Activities League ensures that the community continues its support for our local law enforcement and fosters positive relationships with our youth.
Protecting Our Quality of Life: As a Commissioner for the Placer County Parks and Open Spaces Commission, Anne works to preserve the natural beauty and recreational spaces for our community.
Leadership and Public Service: Anne sees her public service on various boards and commissions as an investment in the health, prosperity, and spirit of our community. Anne's community service includes:

Anne is a Senior Account Advisor at ATS Communications, where she has worked for nearly 15 years. Over the course of her 29-year career in the business technology industry, she has advised organizations and businesses on emerging technologies, specializing in voice, IT, and surveillance services. Her work helps employers modernize operations and stay connected in an increasingly complex and fast-moving landscape.
Born and raised in Yuba City, California, Anne built the foundation for her lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and community engagement early in life. After graduating high school, she attended Northwestern University on an athletic scholarship in softball. She earned All-American honors on the field while completing her degree in history.
